Planning a client event or an unforgettable evening with friends? You can do it in style in a VIP Suite at any event at Veikkaus Arena.

✅ Suites are available for rent for all public events at Veikkaus Arena.

Suite Host or Hostess

Once you’ve rented a suite, we’ll send you simple and clear instructions on how to proceed. You’ll receive a link to submit host information, where you fill in your contact details. Once this is done, you’ll receive another link to order tickets for the event. Tickets for suite guests are always sold at the lowest price category.

The suite will be invoiced 7 days after the order. This guarantees your suite for the chosen event. No separate rental agreement is made for the suite.

If you cannot use the suite you ordered, you have the right to rent it out to a third party.

If the event is cancelled, the suite rental fee will be fully refunded.

Arrival at the VIP Suite

Entry to the suite is via the First Lounge suite reception, located next to the main entrance.

You can arrive at the suite 2 hours before the event starts and stay for 1 hour after the event ends.

Catering in the VIP Suite

Restel Oy professionally handles the catering in our suites. Once you’ve ordered a VIP Suite, Restel will send you the catering details by email.
