• The suites are located in excellent positions on the dedicated suite level.
• Arrival through your own suite entrance.
• Seating for 15 guests.
• An LCD screen for presentations and watching TV.
• Suites are available for all public events at Veikkaus Arena.
• Suites can also be rented for longer periods, for example a year or more.

How suite rental works

Once you have rented a suite, we will send you simple, clear instructions on how to proceed.

You will receive a link to submit the host notification, where you fill in your contact details. No other rental agreement is needed.

After this, you will receive a link to order tickets for the event. Event tickets for the suites are sold at the lowest price category.

The suite is invoiced 7 days from the order.

If you are unable to use the suite you ordered, you have the right to rent it on to a third party.

If the event is cancelled, the suite rental is refunded to you in full.

Arriving at the Private Suite

You arrive at the suite via the First Lounge suite reception, located next to the main entrance.

You can arrive at the suite 2 hours before the event starts and stay for one hour after the event ends.

Catering in the Private Suite

Restel Oy handles the catering in our suites with skill and experience. After you have booked a suite, Restel Oy will email you the catering details.
